I have looked everywhere...maybe someone has an old one under the bed or that they are not using.

    Barbara, I might turn loose of one for you. I bought several when I was teaching seminars. Looks like that era is over.

    OK, sorry. I just checked on this, and it looks like it was an individual sale--as it said it was "sold". I thought this was from a supplier making mass sales.

    This interests me, and I'm going to try and check if these are still being made.
