Hi,

Del Grace of Sacred Strings may be the one to ask about this. Also, Alvin Lee, as Lorenzo was his uncle.

It is my understanding that Lorenzo Harrison had several special steel guitars custom built, and he favored Sho-Buds.
To this day, some of the Jewell Dominion players use Sho-Buds, often pedal steels from which they have removed the pedals. I have photographed some of them. Of course, some use other brands that are more easily obtained.
