I have a recently acquired Zum D10 and the Allen wrench sizes are confusing me.
I have one set imperial and one set metric and none of them fit.
I would have expected imperial since they are measured "across the flats"the sizes sold here are 1/8",5/32",3/16" and so on.
I would think the sizes I need are in 1/64"increments.
can anyone give me exact sizes and I will get down to a high class tool store.
Thanks in advance.
Best regards

Using three pairs of glasses and the old electron microscope I came up with these Zum allen wrench sizes:
9/64 hold knee lever on its support
7/64 hold knee levers on cross shafts, adjust knee lever position; limit the backward rotation (slack or slop) of cross shafts for pedals (not knee levers)
3/32 hold rod pullers onto cross shafts
5/64 hold the ends of the push rods of knee levers that push to the right |

I just get a handful of different allen wrenches in front of me and keep trying them until one fits. Even if I knew the correct size, I can't read those little tiny numbers on those little black wrenches. |
