On my MSA D10 Classic, the "C" pedal is half the width of the others.

Can anybody tell me why this would be (other than "because somebody cut it off with a hacksaw" Very Happy )?

I've searched around, but apparently haven't found the right Magic Words.

Yes, some people cut off or grind them down. (They never came from the factory like that).

Personally, I like the wider pedals of the older MSA guitars. The newer ones are quite narrow, and will probably wear out far more quickly. Crying or Very sad

It is possible that they wanted to identify which pedal they were on and where they were, with their foot.

My home-built uni has detachable pedal pads so I can experiment. This is a Day setup, so the C pedal is on the extreme left. I found that the weird shape makes it easier to swivel on to, especially as I'm not accustomed to using it much!

Nice pedal design. Are they 1 1/4" wide?

They may have found they fouled that pedal too many times, while playing the Emmons' setup. I had that problem myself, so I changed mine to the Day Setup.

I could not make my left ankle bend inward, wasn't to be.
