I have looked, and looked, for info on this setup. I swear I read a reply by Chris Lucker, on a thread, that named the builder/installer of this device.

It has 5 plungers that affect strings 2 and 3 on one pedal (with little rollers on the top of the plunger) and strings 5-6-7 on the other pedal (with slots in the top of the plunger instead of rollers).

What tuning might have been on this?

Anyone know anything about this?

That could be one of Shot Jackson's add-on pedal setups. I think he did quite a few of those in the early days.

That sounds right, Bob. Thanks for the response.

Anyone agree with that?

It is definitely Shot's work.

Back in the day I had a stringmaster quad with a Shot push up changer mechanism. Pushed two strings on one pedal. I though it was the best thing since sliced bread but it broke strings once per hour. Didn't look anything like these pictures.

I think this idea started out with a coat hanger and an acceleration pedal from a car. Whoa!

I have re-worded and added to my initial post. I'd like to know what tuning would be compatible with this described setup.

Thanks!
