Reel-to-reel? Cassette? Digital? They're vastly different.

I think Sandro is referring to the portable recorders, the Zoom and Tascam DR-07.
I’d like to know their prices too.

I was thinking around $80. Of all the recorders I show, they are the most up-to-date. They're still being manufactured. Personally, I record on Data Minidisks, using Yamaha MD8s: they're digital and they're easy to transfer between machines. Before that I was a diehard Reel-to-Reel exponent going right back to the 60s and before.

How about $200 + shipping? It's heavy.
I have two of them. With two you can make 4-channel copies.

Postscript. I've withdrawn them from the sale. They're too heavy for me to carry over to the Post Office.

Sorry, AOL picked it up as Spam and deleted it. I went into my deleted mail and found it and responded.
I've been having a lot of trouble with AOL. I'm changing over to afbrookes@gmail.com.
I wonder how many other messages have gone astray. Sad

Come on, people. Alan has some nice gear for sale here. I'm sure ya'll could make use of some of it.

And Alan's one of the good guys to deal with. He said to make an offer, so make him an offer.

Let's help him out.
