I made up a chart all the intervals between the strings, with no pedals or knee levers, for my own edification and reference. I couldn't find a good way to share it here directly, so I stuck in on the web as a PDF. Grab it if it sounds useful!

Explanation, oops, sorry!
The ten strings are shown both down and across, with both the pitches and the string numbers.
Let's say you want to know the interval between the third string (G#) and the B on the fifth string. Go down to the third string on the left, over to the right to the fifth string, and you see that it's a major sixth (M6).
And so on, for any combination of two strings. Intervals are shown as the interval from the lower note to the higher note.
