I just bought an older MSA S12 Ext. E9. Just curious where to look for info on the year model, etc. Serial number is 1c-120. Thanks guys! |

Great! Thanks Carl & Mike. I'll try to get some pics up in while, and look up the website. I'll also be asking for opinions on set-up changes shortly after I get my tiny brain wrapped around what I'm getting into. I'm somewhat a newby E9 10 string guy exploring other options. Rex |

They have records of every guitar and can tell you when it was made, who assembled and inspected it, and where or who originally purchased it.
My first 'real' steel guitar was a 1974 MSA D-10 Classic originally sold to Chicago Musical Instruments, and they had all the info.
