Who makes a no preamp mono class D power amp that doesn't color the tone? I'm looking for a slave amp to power another speaker from my Quilter 201 XLR output.

Jay’s Straight Ahead is great amp, love mine. Great guy to deal with.

I've used a Ganz Straight Ahead amp mounted inside a 12" cabinet and it works really well.

Some other options:

Baby Sumo
www.guitarsoundsystems.com (France)

Seymour Duncan Power Stage, 3 models
www.seymourduncan.com

ISP Stealth, 2 models. Sweetwater has them.

If you're up for a project, you can build something around one of these ICE modules:
