Any advice for cleaning up a guitar like this? Just a little warn, soapy water, quickly with an old rag? Or is there a trick to it that eBay sellers use?

based upon the picture of the headstock, it doesn't look like it needs much. restring and use WARM, very little dishsoap, and a barely damp cotton cloth. dry immediately.
