Getting rid of solid state amp buzz?

My little Dean Markley K15 is buzzing a fair bit. It's one of those very simple solid state power amps from the 90's.

I only paid $5 for the thing and I've since replaced the input jack and power switch, but now I want to do something about the buzzing if possible.

The buzzing drops almost completely away when plugged into a guitar, so it's not a huge deal that it buzzes when turned on by itself, but I wonder if there is a simple grounding issue I could attend to myself now that I'm fairly comfortable opening it up and mucking about.

Sounds like the input Jack is not grounding when the guitar is unplugged. That would pick up hum and other noises

Is there a simple way to fix this or is it just something to live with?
