Friends I have a L-120 low boy at times it makes a muffled sound. Is this a sign of the pod wearing out? |

Probably. If you find that during the pedal travel, the sound distorts, changes drastically in volume, or disappears altogether, it's a good chance it's a worn pot.

Johnny it does sound like the pot. The last half dozen pots I bought had very short life. I now use the potless Goodrich LDR, very clean, transparent and adjustable.
