Has anyone used Bax Global and if so, do you have any tips as to how to put in an order? Must you be a business to use it? I'm trying to get an idea of costs to ship a pedal steel from Fargo ND to Madrid, Spain. and went onto the Bax Global website without much success. Is there a number to call where you get an actual living human being? Any help welcome. Thanks, stakacs

Select United States as the default country on the opening page then use the office directory link. select from option 3, the state and you will then get stations and contact info from the resulting drop down. Or you could have just used the phone number on the bottom of each page:

Quote:
For 24 hour global customer service call: 1 (800) CALL BAX
Press 2 then 4 and you'll be connected.
