Anyone having trouble getting an email through to Carters ?? Hello Ann - are you there, I have emailed an order for some stuff through a couple of times in the last week and had no response, so I presume you aren't receiving them ....?

Paddy--make certain that the name "Carter" is in the subject line. They are inundated by hundreds of spams per day and "Carter" in the subject line is how to avoid getting killed by the spam filter. Sorry state of affairs but it's what it is. |

Hi Jon, yes I know about that --- in fact the email I sent was a reply to one from Ann so it had the right stuff in the subject line, I thought maybe they might have a problem with their mail server !

Thank you Jon, and thank you, Paddy, for your good wishes and your order
Paddy I know you know this already, but for Jon Light and the others out there ... just to clarify: actually, the word Carter needs to be the first word in the Subject line to be best assured we'll actually receive your emails. To get to our real emails, amongst the 100's of spam we receive per hour oftentimes, we sort our emails by subject so Carter needs to be the 1st word ... hope that makes sense
keep on steelin'
