Like new (used maybe 6 times at most) Rack mount Presonus 12AX7 "class A" preamp (single channel) for mic or instruments. I used this in my home recording studio with an old recording interface that an external mic preamp was a plus and have upgraded to a new recording interface that doesn't require an external mic preamp and its been mounted in my recording rack collecting dust since the new unit.

This can be used for an instrument preamp, too. Has an amplifier section, compressor section and parametric EQ section.

Here is the listing for the unit at Sweetwater.

Original price was $299. Reduced to $200 including UPS shipping (in US). I can take paypal.

Here is a quote from a current Sweetwater music listing of "channel strips" about the Presonus

Quote:
The PreSonus Studio Channel is an ideal way to upgrade the sound of your recordings. This full-featured channel strip is equipped with a Class A tube mic/instrument preamp, variable VCA compressor, and 3-band parametric equalizer; it’s complete with VU metering — all for a nice gentle price. If you’re currently working on a budget interface or mixer preamps, you won’t believe how good the same sources sound through the Studio Channel. Once you experience its fat tube tone and extensive tweakability, the PreSonus Studio Channel will likely become your go-to front end.

I haven't tried this with a power amp and speaker but I suspect it will do well as a guitar/steel tube preamp.
