I'm having trouble with two of the knee levers on my MSA Universal 12. They both keep their tune well, when fully extended. But they also have a little spot before the full extension where a flat or sharp note will sound if softly pushed with the hand....anybody get what I mean? there seems to be another stop that's by all means unwanted. It's not problematic during a show, but it would be nice to figure out how to alleviate this unwanted "give" in the lever. It seems loose or something.
Anybody?

Check the stop-bar on the underside of the changer. Sometimes (especially if the guitar's not set up properly), there'll be grooves in the bar that cause the fingers to stop in different places depending on whether or not you use a lot of pressure. The remedy is to re-adjust the pulls, and to turn the stop-bar over if it does have grooves in it.
