Super fast.. and will run a lot of window programs via WINE. the wine adition is a compatibility layer that allows you to run win programs. so far It has run all of mine. The only issue I have so far is having to do some pretty tegious programming to get a usb wifi adapter to work.
Best part .. Its all open source and its all free.

Greg, look up Linux Mint USB Wifi adapters. They are out there. Plug and play, and usually under $15. I have one plugged into my laptop. _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

I reinstalled the OS with my wifi stick plugged in and it recognized it immediately. I tried another Belkin stick and it wouldnt start with it. the older stick worked fine. |
