I dont play much E9. Looking for a useful change for pedal 4
I already have the split franklin change on my guitar by combining LKV (B - Bb) with RKL (G# - F#). Plus its not an important change to me.
The fourth pedal on this guitar is now lowering the Bs exactly like the VKL, redundant.
If Im missing something here, please point out the idea behind this setup. Prefer you suggest a use for that extra pedal. Maybe something that would combine nicely with the standard C pedal, or one of the KLs. Thank you

I bolded a statement you said. You say that you use a split Franklin pedal with lkv (B - Bb). The franklin change lowers the B's to A, not Bb.

Many possibilities.
String 3 and 6 G# to G
String 9 raise to D#
Str 5 and 10 raise B to D
6 to Bb
6 to B

My take , learn to use the 5,6 and 10 drop as is. Many times we read on the forum that we are seeking regular uses for various" pulls", sometimes it's not regular uses that make the music interesting, sometimes it's ONE phrase in a song that makes the song standout. ONE phrase outside of the box.
When we play our guitars we play SUS chords, Diminished chords , Augmented chords etc..when they fit the mood. Not in every song and not all the time, now and then. But we know the chords and know where to use them.
Now think Franklin pedal. Don't reinvent the wheel, it's already round !
