Carter C6th knee lever placement.?

I'm gitting ready to install two more levers on the "C6" cluster.. (LKL & LKR) (non vertical)
On My Carter D10 8 & 5 ... I think I already have a good idea were they go, but, would like to confirm..
Would any one happen to have any pictures of the underside of there Carter
8 & 7, etc. so that I can determine we're they are to go..
