I have a friend who just bought a Zumsteel Stage One. The issue is he is tall and needs more height. He would like to know if leg extensions are available or any idea how he can make the guitar a little higher. My thinking is if extensions are available then the pedal rods would have to be longer as well. Any help on this matter would sure be appreciated. Welcome to the steel guitar world and forum Gary Cannon. You are in for the time of your life. |

My Zum encore has the lift kit. Longer adjustable legs and adjustable rods.
Get in touch with Doug over at stage one and see if he's got any on hand. |

Thanks everyone. Doug responded to my email and told us what to do. Gary is working on it to make the steel guitar higher. |
