Emmons volume pedal ear

I have an Emmons pedal bar that only has one of the "ears" used to mount an Emmons volume pedal. I need the other one. Anyone have one?

It's just a flat piece with two beveled holes in it. Looks like they're easy to make if you have machine shop tools. I don't.
