Heavey duty toggle switch for 74 shobud proffesional

Will a heavey duty 2 way guitar toggle switch
work on my 74 shobud professional? I had a
3 way guitar switch put on about 2 months ago
but the switch is giving me trouble again. Every
time i touch the toggle switch it starts going off
and on. Really wouldn't have to have a 3 way
would I ? Maybe a 2 way switch would be easier
for the tech at the music store to Sauter it on.
The switch is the neck selector for my bud.
