On eBay. Say it isn't so! Is it worth that?

695 is a bit much but I've seen several go on the i-net for over 400.I know they are great playing pedals(I had the opportunity to try one)but not in a life time am I paying up to $400 for a used Volume pedal.Maybe if I get enough cash one day to buy me a Bigsby steel and I need a volumepedal. But not now.

What exactly is so great about these pedals? I assumed that all volume pedals did pretty much the same thing. No?

It isn't worth that. Wanting and getting a pedal at that price is God telling you you've got too much money.

I've had probably half a dozen Bigsby pedals in my life, and I currently own one, since I do have a Bigsby steel.

However, IMHO, the Fender Volume/tone pedal is far superior in operation to the Bigsby. I have two Fender pedals of this type and they are staying put in my arsenal.
