Besides the incredible mechanics this Fulawka steel has a royal color. Very special indeed. |

I guess its a bit of a mis-label. There is a shared knee lever as described. You could actually set it to be functional on both necks simultaneously or remove some effort by switiching. _________________ Sustainability is unsustainable |

It is not a Hybrid changer, but it has the pull rod to switch a knee lever to work on both necks great idea from Ed Fulawka, Zum steels have Hybrid changers on some steel guitars, there is usually extra tunning rods in the endplate with nylon tuners this is a hybrid changer, don't have a picture of one to post, but maybe someone does, I don't know of any other steel guitars using a hybrid changer other than zum steel. |

On my Fulawka it had two knobs, one to switch the RKL from neck to neck and one to switch the RKR from neck to neck. |

Every steel guitar has it's own unique qualities depending on builder, Ed has been incorporating high quality into his guitars way before all the other builders and way before pedals were even thought of on a steel guitar, Ed was putting pedals on steel guitars back in the 50's before guitar builders like Emmons were most guitar builders were still using cable methods, but not Ed he always used rods, so dive in and buy it his warranties cover it for life. |
