It is a Pearce, not disgised in any way. Just a pure 35 year old Pearce. Plain and simple. There were several made, this one is typical.
Jay Ganz, this guitar may not look very good up close, but I think that the farther away you get, the better it will look.

seems everything that is in question,gets blamed on sho-bud Look like Junk to me,but some one will fall for it.Hell Bobbe might buy it for a thousand or so. haha farris

And the guys got a 98.3% positive feedback.Buy with confidence. I've seen a lot of people selling things on E-Bay that are not what they're represented to be.And still they have a high positive feedback.How they do that??

I sent the seller the info given here on this guitar and he posted it on the ad. He is not trying to bilk anyone. Just uninformed and so to him, every pedal guitar without a name on it MUST be a Bud right??
What will happen is that ShoBud will make Ebay pull the ad like they do with ANY product that they feel like infringes on their name.
