Hopefully someone will have some laying around that will work for you but if not, you might want to have a look at some of Elderly Instruments selection. My National D8 uses individual Kluson Deluxes (not on a strip) with white buttons and designed for a slotted headstock. The hard part is finding something that has a post for the slotted headstock. If I needed to replace a single tuner, I think I'd try the strip tuner linked below which, I believe, is the correct post spacing for our guitars. Then you'd have a couple of spares for later use. I didn't have any luck finding any individual slotted headstock tuners that looked right. Good luck!

I ordered some tuners from Amazon that were the Grover tuners. The measurements were the same so maybe they will work.
Grover 133 Tuners.

Were they for a solid headstock or a slotted headstock? Most replacement tuners available now are for a solid headstock and won't work well in a guitar with a slotted headstock. I'll be curious to know if the winding posts on the Grovers work out. Hope so!

Not slotted headstock but I saw some today that were for slotted.
I paid $39.95 for 6 tuners.
