My Milkman has a RCA jack to attach a foot switch for controlling the reverb. I figure I could go out and buy a Fender ($30), other brand ($20), or I could probably make one myself.
On hand I've got plenty of RCA cables, a few options for the housing and various other bits. The only thing I'd need would be the switch itself. Seems like the kind of thing that should be so simple that even I can't screw it up. This leads me to two questions.
1) What kind of switch should I buy?
2)Anyone have an internal shot of a footswitch, a schematic of one or a basic description of how to wire one up? |

It would have to be one of two switches using an RCA plug, either a SPST momentary, or just a plain SPST. _________________ Amateur Radio Operator NA4IT (Extra)

I may, in fact, be nuts. However, I am screwed onto the right bolt... Jesus! |

Thanks!
My guess is that it's a plain SPST, but I'll check with Tim before ordering anything. |
