Have a 10-1 to install for a friend. Where do I place the Red, Black, and Bare Wire on the Instrument Plug?
Thanks _________________ RETIRED

Correct. RED is hot.
Black & Bare connect together for ground.
Recommended to be mounted very close to strings. _________________ AUTHORIZED George L's, Goodrich, Telonics and Peavey Dealer: I have 2 steels and several amps.
