Rack effect unit with effects loop and real envelope filter?

Google found my old Forum post from 2003 about Auto-Wah vs. Envelope Filter: https://steelguitarforum.com/Forum11/HTML/003984.html

I still use and love my Boss GX-700 because I can run my volume pedal in its moveable effects loop. This lets me put effects that need the full signal before the volume pedal and others after it in the chain.

The only thing that would make it perfect is having a real envelope filter instead of its fake sounding auto cycling wah. I tried the suggestions in that old post, but nothing helped.

Is there a single rackspace effects unit with a moveable effects loop and a real envelope filter? I use a Stereo Steel preamp/amp combo, so I don't need another preamp or amp modeling. I do like and use reverb, delay, chorus, distortion, phase, and occasionally pitch shifting.
