Pickup height grommets

This is a nifty way to mount a pickup to the correct height. Harbor Freight has a grommet kit for 5 bucks. The smallest grommets are snug enough to fit over the bolt and not fall off. You can stack them and then put the pickup over the mounting area and screw them in.

I use to use foam or springs and it was always cumbersome to get the bolts started. This is user friendly and makes changing pickups much easier.
