I have a Hilton pedal 4 yrs old. it just all of a sudden goes dead on me. seems if i take it and fool with it, like pull out the cable going to the amp, or if i move it around upside down , ext, it seem to work again for a while. when playing i can here my tone change all of a sudden. then its like it fades to no volume then if i fool with it again it comes back for a while any one have any suggestions _________________ D10 Carter, SD10 Mullen .Nashville 400,. peavey 112 Boss DD3., RV5, |

That sounds like bad cables. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Check for loose jacks, loose/broken solder joints in the jacks, check for connections at the power inlet.
Keith's email is all over the forum, email him.
It's likely to be something simple. _________________ 2 pedal steels, a lapStrat, and an 8-string Dobro (and 3 ukes)

Could be the power supply connection (jack). I was having problems with mine and I could wiggle the power connection and it would come and go. I replaced the power jack on the pedal and no more problems.
Could also be the plug on the power supply cable. |

Jack thanks for that information. i will check that out .if the supply cord was acting up would it still supply some juice to the pedal. because the light on my pedal does not go out. _________________ D10 Carter, SD10 Mullen .Nashville 400,. peavey 112 Boss DD3., RV5, |
