Hi Buddy, You said in one of your posts that if your were starting over, you would have a E13 -tuning with 8 pedals and 8 knee levers on a S12 guitar.

That sounds like it would be a winner for these younger players just starting out or guys trying to play C6 without giving up E9 and E13. All on one 12 string lighter weight neck.

Could you list the notes on your E13 open tuning that you mention below?.

" Pedals one through four, and five knees, would work the E13 tuning. Pedals five through eight, and five knees, would be for the E6th."

I am sure it would be appreciated, thanks....al

Check Ernie's BE website if you haven't already, it's a little hard to find but look under Tab, then general information, then on the left side under past guitars and there's a chart listed for a extended E9 Carter he had for a while. The notes below the chart indicate that it may not have stayed the way it was delivered too long but it's some place to start.
