With the acquisition of a custom 7-string Beard, I have decided to let go of this guitar. It sounds fantastic, but I find myself relying on that extra string.
Although National Resophonic is known for biscuit bridges and tricones, the Model D is up there with the best spider-bridge guitars. It's very loud and has a rich, full tone. This one is dressed up in the deluxe "Western" cosmetics, featuring a flamed maple top, burled walnut back, rope binding, and fancy pearl fret markers. It's still in near-mint condition, with just a couple of pinhead-sized dings around the edges. It comes with the original hard case, also in very clean condition.
I'm asking $SOLD including Paypal fees and shipping within the US.
