Loading Sweeteners On To Strobostomp Classic

I'm trying to load some custom sweeteners onto a Peterson Strobostomp Classic. When the tuner is connected to the laptop, it's telling me that they are loaded on, but then they don't appear in the list of sweeteners on the pedal. Has anyone else come across this issue?
