So I sold my GFI S10 SM yesterday. Today I begin a search for a replacement. If anyone has a Stageone, Encore or something similar that they would part with for a reasonable price I might be interested. Has to be light weight with a modern mechanism. If anyone has anything that fits this profile let me know. |

I made the same step up from the GFI SM a while ago, good starter for sure. You'll probably get lots of thoughts here, but why do you want to go to another entry level guitar now? If I were you, I'd consider make the investment in a more pro model. Some good one's can be found for about 2k, and I think you'll enjoy it longer. You'll be in this same situation in a year or 2 with the Stage One (ok... everyone can jump in on how great they are...). Just my 2 cents _________________ Warning: I have a Telecaster, and I ain't afraid to use it! |

2K is probably out of my price range. I'm dealing in Canadian funds which are worth slightly less than nothing. _________________ I don't know much but what I know I know very well.
