Anyone ever try a strawberry blonde amp for steel guitar? I have a strawberry blonde acoustic amp and recently tried playing my steel guitar through it and was amazed at how good it sounded. I just wondered if anyone else had tried this. Now I haven't tried gigging with it but it sounds sweet at home for practice.

I always assumed the Strawberry Blonde was an acoustic amp, not my choice for pedal steel.

I had one for a little bit and wasn't a big fan. I remember it sounding pretty sterile.

It is an acoustic amp. I was just commenting on how it sounded good on steel practicing at home.

Thanks
