anyone playing there this coming Saturday? good friend of mine Davor Rodik from Croatia is visiting in Texas, and will be at the show, it would be great if there is any forum members picking there, to say hi to Davor, and show him around a little ... he was the first steel player i ever saw back in Zagreb, Croatia, in early 80's .... he doesn't know anyone, and I know he would be thrilled to have a chance to talk to some steel players over there...

| Damir- Should be quite a few steel players around. If he comes on Saturday only: Jim Loessberg should playing for Jody Nix at the nightly dance..Bobby Baker could be seen at the Church of Western Swing. I think Dave Biller will be appearing with the Playboys that afternoon..lots of jam sessions around.. I'll be picking some at the Slab, downtown..you never who or what you'll run into at Bob Wills Day.. All the best! Randall |
