Jack,
I finally updated from SONAR 8 (yep, used it for a long time!), to 2017.03 Platinum. Only $200 for the upgrade, which was great.
What's been rough has been relearning old workflows. They've changed so much, and I'm not sure it's for the better, but - I am loving it on my new Dell XPS 15: i7, 16GB Ram, 512GB SSD...
It's been a rough 10 days! Getting better...
