Can anyone tell about the JCH steels? Are they good or just ok? Would you recommend buying one?

Beautifully built guitars. Jimmie Crawford was a master builder and player.

There are a lot of great players who play or have played JCH guitars, such as Steve Sturm-former steel player with Travis Tritt's Country Club Band, Sonny Garrish(one of my favorite studio players) played a JCH at one time in his career on some records, Lloyd Green played a JCH on the video he did with Tommy White, Randy Hess plays a JCH, and Buck Reid played a JCH with Lyle Lovett. Russ Hicks played a JCH at one time. The name JCH was thought of because Jimmie Crawford and John Hughey(who also played JCH) decided to build steels together. I've never played a JCH, but I've heard them onstage and on records and they're great guitars. I think you should get a JCH
