High pitch single string intro and turnaround with creative fills throughout the record. Anyone know who it is or might be ?? Small label artists rock !! Also, anyone remember a singer named Boots Till ??

no idea who played the steel on that one but those obscure singles are cool. There are lots of great obscure recordings out there.
