Gosh Mike, I have no idea. I don't see where it says on the speaker. I just took it out of my
Mark IV series Session 500. I needed to lighten the load is the only reason. The serial
number on the speaker is 248208.

Appears to be a 1501. Look for the white tag just behind the terminals. Should be labeled there.

1501 has smooth cone. 1502 has ribbed cone.

That's a 1501......as already mentioned the 1502 has a ribbed cone.

Gary that seems a good price...both the 1501 and 1502 are really good speakers....the 1502 is really a Bass speaker, but both are good....you could always get a Peavey Neo Magnet to make it lighter by about 5 or 6 pounds Very Happy
