I had never seen these before. I picked them up this week at a local music store. I think the twist in the blade of the thumbpick may make it easier to get a good straight on angle with the finger picks. But I'm not sure yet. I haven't played with them much yet. |

I bought some 10s and 20s. The shop didn't have L30s. Which ones do you use?
Thanks! |

I used them for awhile...the L 20s. I find the blades too short. I use the Dunlop heavy calico thumbpicks and I wish they would offer those with the angled blades. |

For years I would heat thumpicks in hot water and bend 'em with pliers. Zookies are just the trick. I prefer buying in person as they don't seem to have a consistent tightness, I always loved the feel of the Newman thumpicks but would quickly wear a notch in them . _________________ Stop by the Steel Store at: www.markvanallen.com

I use the L20's on dobro Fred Kelly's on banjo, when my Justice Pro Lite gets delivered I'll probably use the Fred Kelly's. _________________ Banjo, Dobro, Guild D-40, Telecaster, Justice Pro Lite 3x5, BOSS Katana 100, Peavey Nashville 112 in a Tommy Huff cabinet, Spark, FreeLoader, Baby Bloomer, Peterson StroboPlus HD, Stage One VP.
