Offered for sale is a very high quality Deluxe Reverb clone handbuilt by Don Moser of Mose Amplification. Point-to-point, handwired, using premium components and meticulous lead dress and solder work. Amp is whisper quiet at idle, works and sounds great and has zero issues.

Please note, this is NOT a Fender amp but a high quality reproduction of the classic 1965 AB763 circuit, regarded by many as one of the best amp designs of all time.

Mercury Magnetic transformers and choke, and the output transformer is the upgraded (and expensive!) "Fat Stack" transformer. The bigger iron results in a bigger, tighter bottom end, more harmonic richness and increased headroom. It also allows for the use of 6L6's for even more girth and headroom. It currently has a matched pair JJ 6V6's and a 5U4GB rectifier installed, but the amp can also run with a 5AR4 rectifier as well.

Don added a midrange control on the back panel which gives a much wider range of tone shaping capability.

Loaded with a beautiful, vintage JBL D120F alnico magnet 8 ohm speaker with original 21032 cone. This speaker is the perfect match for this beefed up Deluxe with it's power handling capability and alnico magnet warmth and compression. This amp sounds amazing and can easily hang with the loudest drummer. It's sort of like a mini Twin Reverb, but with an easier to hit "sweet spot" and is way more portable. The perfect grab-n-go amp for gigging.

Amp is near mint condition and everything works as it should. The grill cloth has been "aged" with a golden brown tint and the aluminum JBL badge on the front is affixed to the grill with double sided tape. It can be easily removed, or more permanently installed, as desired.

Solid pine cabinet with a birch ply baffle for superior resonance. Compare this amp to the Deluxe Reverb Reissues with particle board baffles, printed circuit boards and lesser quality transformers and components and there is no comparison.

Comes complete with two button footswitch, pop-out casters and black canvas cover.

Here is an email I got from Don about this amp:
"It is a very solid build. O/T can handle a speaker mismatch, can be re-biased for 6L6 use. If you add a tremolo bi-pass you won't believe the gain at low volume, also run a 12ax7 at the PI pull the first 12ax7 channel one do not re-bias second stage the gain is also great. Drop a 12au7 in the reverb for more control. Add feed back resistor mod. Run 820 ohm & 56k."

"You will never sell the amp."
Don

I wish I could keep everything but this amp and other stuff must go. My loss is your gain. Seriously great amp here folks. Asking $1350 SOLD
