Hi Mike, I'm pretty sure it's a double raise and lower. Could you confirm that for me plkease?

Rick you are correct, double raise, single lower changer. I believe you can use barrels behind the 2 hole pullers to get as many raise or lowers needed, these would be tuned from underneath.
