If you have any guitar that requires a battery and if
you have not played it in some time, you may want
to check. I have a Godin guitar that has been in the
case for a long time and this morning I decided to
play it. I was just before a serious problem with the
battery. I doubt that anyone on the Forum needs this
reminder but just in case. The same is true with
processors that require a battery. |

good point, Bill. And don't forget to check effects pedals that have batteries as well. |

Good reminder Bill. I let some damage from leaking, dead batteries mess up my old Korg WT12 tuner. I guess we just don't think about all the gear we have that contain batteries. Good idea to remove batteries from any device that you don't use anymore so you don't forget. |

I agree with Jerry, take the batteries out and save yourself a headache later. |

I did too, but I scraped away the corrosion with a wire brush, and it works fine now.
Still, this is good advise. _________________ Please visit my web site and Soundcloud page and listen to the music posted there.
