Robert & Jim, Thanks so much for the kind words. Just glad you both liked them and they fit well.
Right now I have enough orders for the next month and will be going in for surgery the 18th of February so if anyone wants legs, or other work done, please contact me the first of april.
Thanks

Not only do I have legs made by Don, I have the steel to go along with them. Sounds and plays great. I've had it almost a year and haven't broken a string yet. When I got it, I drove him crazy making changes for me; he was always happy to help. When he makes one, I usually have the honor of giving it a test drive. Don takes a lot of pride in his work; anyone who deals with him won't be sorry.

Thanks Wayne, I doubt if you ever will break a string with the design of the finger and the ball bearing on the lowering arm that the finger rides on. Looking forward to hearing you play in Virginia at Chuck Campbell's jam in February.

I just got some brass guaged rollers custom made by Don for my Emmons and they fit perfectly. I was really just hoping to get a better feel at the lower frets to reduce string rattle (which they do), but they have had such a profound effect on my tone, that I was going a little bit crazy just trying to tune the guitar. I certainly appreciate his patience with me and his quick and professional service. It was a pleasure doing business with Don. And the guitar sounds great !

Thanks so much Lance, It will probably take a little time to get used to the difference in sound with the larger brass rollers.
Keep in touch,
