The rollers on my old Marrs and Emmons are "V" shaped.
The rollers on my Mullen are "U" shaped.
None of them are gauged.

Farris there is no need to grind tools or use a comparator to machine "V" or "Radius" grooves in gauged nut rollers with CNC machines. I machine complete guitars and never measure a part anymore. It holds .0004" of an inch. Dave
