I am searching for the origin of this volume pedal. There is no logo on it. It resembles the Emmons-type pedals, but has enclosed housing. It has the drop-pin attachment and a mechanical gear drive.

Does anybody know who made this pedal?

The plastic gear mechanism reminds me of an old DeArmond volume pedal.

It is indeed an MSA pedal from the 70's.. Worked great, easy to work on, and fit beautifully onto the MSA pedal rack.. Perfectly simple, wonderfully functional, very reliable- used one for decades... bob

I got one when I got my first MSA in early 70's. Still working good. Paid 100 for it then. Bob

I like that design I wish more vol pedals had it

sure beats a string and pulley system

I would hang on to that one

Personal preferance, I guess (hi or low pedals), but the string and pulley allow for a lower pedal................Pat

I'm a dedicated fan of the Emmons pin-mount pedals. I have several.

I stumbled into this one at a garage sale. I will try to sell it on the Forum. Although it fits ok on my push-pull, I can't use it.

Thanks so much for the input. I love this Forum.
