I recently had a tuning gear strip its tread so it wasn't holding the gear head. I e-mailed GFI about this problem, indicating that I would like to buy a replacement. I quickly got a response from an individual at GFI named Bob. He told me that he's send a new replacement Grover gear at no charge! I received it today and installed it on my PSG. So I am posting this note to say thanks to Bob at GFI, and to spread the word about the great service from GFI.
