I have an old hard case laying around that I am not using.

Hey look, it's an archtop lap steel!
Pretty cool, but aren't those cases mostly made from some type of cardboard? Might cave in after a while.... |

No problems...just fill it with concrete before tensioning the strings.. _________________ If my wife is reading this, I don't have much stuff....really! |
